QuickBooks license error, users permitted to access has exceeded || error message 3371 QuickBooks could not load the license data.

 

Steps:
◙ Delete and Re-install the EntitlementDataStore.ecml file
◙ Update Windows manually
◙ QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool
